Humanful creates immersive learning experiences that help professionals and teams better understand themselves, discover how they naturally contribute, and build more conscious ways of working.

Our approach
Every Humanful experience is built around a simple belief: work should not be reduced to performance alone. Through reflection, dialogue and experiential learning, we help professionals better understand their natural strengths, patterns of contribution and the unique ways they create value through their work. Rather than focusing only on skills development, Humanful creates space for deeper self-understanding that shapes how people work, lead and grow.

After two decades designing executive education and developmental programmes, Humanful brings deep understanding of how professionals learn, evolve and grow through experience. Ivana holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology, an MBA and a BA in Communications. She is also a certified Dharma coach and an ICF-certified coach. This combination of academic depth and practical coaching expertise ensures every experience is both evidence-based and grounded in real-world application.

The work rests on solid academic foundations: a BA in English and Communications from East-West University Chicago, an MBA from Cotrugli Business School Zagreb, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of East London. Add ICF-certified coaching and dharma coaching credentials, and you have a practitioner who bridges rigorous science with deeply human practice — not one or the other.

Art of Work is not a generic strengths assessment. It is a proprietary programme that helps you identify your natural contribution style, understand which roles energise you and which ones quietly drain you, and see how your work can become a platform for genuine self-expression. Whether you join a workshop, a retreat or a team programme, the framework adapts — but the focus stays on the person, not just the performance.
